A new arcade just opened in malls..... When I heard they had 2 games from the early 80s I was happy!!!!! (MS. PACMAN and GALAGA)

They have them SPED UP so its not easy to play them... THE ONLY GOOD GAMES IN THERE AND THEY DO THAT TO THEM!!!!!! (So ya lose quicker)

Many years ago I went to a restaurant that had a mspacman game that was also sped up... I SAID SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND THEY OPENED IT AND PUT IT REG SPEED..... This moron last night said "I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT"

It would be nice if he knew how to adjust the speed to reg!! (I wonder if all "pacman zones" are like that (These 2 games sped up (I wouldnt doubt it!!)))

Here is the owner's manual for the Ms PacMan/Galaga machine.

There is a "test" button behind the coin door. When you press it, a menu comes up on the screen:

1 MS. PACMAN ADJUSTS
2 GALAGA ADJUSTS
3 GENERAL ADJUSTS
4 SHOW AUDITS
5 SWITCH TESTS
6 MONITOR ALIGNMENT
7 FACTORY DEFAULTS
8 EXIT

You use the joystick to go through the menu, and hit any button to make a selection.

Select "1 MS. PACMAN ADJUSTS". That will lead to a second menu page:

MS. PACMAN PER GAME …….……………….1,2,3, or 5
BONUS MS. PACMAN ………….………………..NONE, 10K, 15K, 20K
DIFFICULTY ………. …………………………….NORMAL, HARD
SPEED………………………………………………NORMAL, FAST
DEFAULT SETTINGS…………………………….FACTORY DEFAULTS: 3-PACMAN, 10K BONUS NORMAL, NORMAL
EXIT


Select SPEED NORMAL. And then EXIT through the menus. Good to go.

The world IS DEAD now and I understand that so this shouldnt be a surprise to me that the only 2 GOOD GAMES they have in there they have fucked up!! (And its not really) Im just wondering if ALL PACMAN ZONES have those 2 games sped up....... (Both games are in the same cabinet)

I went to a pacman zone in a different mall and that one did not have the 2 game console.... The guy told me Regal cinema down the hall has that one..... When I got there and saw it was the same 2 galaga/mspacman cabinet that most pacman zones have I was worried it was sped up. IT WAS!!!!!

I was fucking pissed......... I asked to speak to thier manager and they asked what I needed.... I tried to be nice about it.... I said I would like you to open this and put it at the right speed so I can play it... All you have to is press the test button....
