My niece is six years old now,my sister keeps on writing diary about her and will emial me some pieces between times.

I'm going to go to Australia by air next Saturday(her husband had been there for work for half year). Now I'm doing thought work of her.She won't let me leave all along. At first she fell to crying each time I mentioned this. Now she is better and starts to accept it.We all said to her:
"daddy has left home too long,so he can find way home now,mom must go there and take him back".
She wants to go with me,we told her that she's too young to take plane. She talked back disapprovingly:
"It will be ok if I open my mouth,it's teacher told me".
It seems she learned a lot in nursery school.

I think I don't understand.

Is this the diary of a six year old or is this a diary of a mother's conversations with her six year old?

Whose husband is in Australia?
Is he visiting Sun_sparkz? Is that why he is gone for 6 months?
What is thought work? (besides trying to understand this post)
Does 'all along' really mean 'all alone'?

Thanks, this could be a great thread

Incidentally this English is ? better than my mandarin

I think the "her husband" bit was a note from xker, telling us that the diary writer's husband, i.e. the father of the 6 year old daughter, has been away for 6 months. The daughter is arguing that she can go on the plane because her teacher taught her if she opens her mouth, her ears will pressurize.

Clodfobble's right.I should add "note:" before parentheses :right:
