June 8, 2010: Dog slum in Brazil

The Brazilian city of Caxias do Sul is where this is noticed: a "slum for dogs", it mirrors the tin roof slum conditions in nearby human lives, but here in dog form. As the link notes, Quote:
Normally in poverty conditions, the dog's life would be much worse. At least this is something. |
Who are they kidding? That's a ranch.
I prefer mustard, but if you want ranch dressing we'll make sure to have some.
Looks more like a Levttown. I think a slum would be apartment buildings or row homes.
I just had the cutest vision of a bunch of goggies hanging around a delapidated old brownstone.
Hipster goggies!
The houses are fine but where's the parking?
And the tennis courts?
And the human pound.
There should be a poker room!
and a bbq.
they proabably need fattening up first, though |
