My new cycle...

This is my first motorcycle. I have included two pics. The first is what is DOES look like. The second is what it DID look like.

Are you married? How does one convince one's wife that a motorcycle is an important part of a complete household?

You won't believe this but I actually bought the motorcycle while we were engaged, three months before the wedding. She's a cool chick, and is happy that I have something I've wanted for a long time. Motorcycles are taboo in my family, and I haven't told anyone about it. I figure, if I don't get busted for it, I'll let them know in a year of so.

Oh, I was married August 30th of this year.

I've been dreaming about a Suzuki Hayabusa since the day it was made.

I know I'll never get it.

I'd kill myself.

I drive fast in a car. I'd FLY on a bike.

You buy it on the sly and give it to an old man. Then when he leaves it to you in his will, tell her the old man was a dear friend and you couldn't bear to part with it. Once it's ensconced in the garage you wait for the right time to get her to let you ride it, like after you've given her a 3 carat diamond.:D

Congratulations on the bike and the marriage. So, have you shown her the latest trend in 'biker chick' apparel?

Thank you. She won't get on it until a year of me riding. She's excited about taking trips with me, but I won't risk it until I have solid experience. Hurting myself I can deal with, hurting her would be too much. Please enlighten me with 'biker chick' apparel? I'd be happy to pass it on.
