What do you do with all the fur that collects when you brush your dog's coat? There are people who take that fur and turn it into yarn which is then used to make a sweater, coat, hat, etc. Back in 2008, it £11 to turn 100g of dog fur into yarn. Anyone care to put that in today's terms? http://cellar.org/2012/bettina.png Bettina Menkhoff from Stoetze in Germany makes scarves, gloves and other clothes and sells them over the internet at www.jolly-fellows.de. We have two BIG labradoodles. Their fur is soft and doesn't have a doggy smell (that's one of the reasons we got this breed). I cut most of it off at the start of summer, and have been saving it up. Probably only have enough to knit a beanie so far, but eventually it will be enough to make something. Maybe a dog blanket.
Oh, and carrot peel?? Please explain? |

Inadequately inspired to write a "Wear Your Love Like Heaven" parody here.

Yeah. I'm not doing that.
|
Writing a parody or wearing a cat hat?
