One olde toy may be coming back! Not sure if they've got a way around the liability issues, or if they're just ignoring them.

I see Marriott tried once before and failed the funding drive.

It looks like he canceled it early to make the new one. A number of changes were made; he may have had trouble sourcing some of the chemicals. I'm not sure Kickstarter has a good way to decrease scope partway through.
