Buzzcocks poll
Hi all :D
I got a little bored, so I thought I'd make a poll about a show called Never mind the Buzzcocks. Go ahead and vote, even if you think it sucks, or even if you don't watch it at all. |
Most of us Dwellars live in the States. The only BBC television channel most of us can get is BBC America (on digital cable or mini dish), though I don't know if the standard BBC channels are available on satellite or not.
|
Well, if you don't live in Britain, then you don't have to vote.
If you do, then... vote! |
Ummm....
I don't think anyone here lives in the UK. |
Apparently Trillian does. If I remember right, so does ChrisMC, though he hasn't posted in a while.
BBC America is one of the very few channels I watch. |
Ah, damn it.
Well I do live in the UK, and we're having snow tomorrow! Probably. |
I used to love snow.
Then I started driving. Then I found out how much fun it is to drive in the snow. I loved snow. Then I realized that the other drivers did not share my love for the snow, in fact they were filled with paralyzing fear of it and crawled along at 15mph when I wished to do 65mph...ok 85mph. I now hate the snow... We have snow right now, mostly melted. Monday was good. Lots of snow. Lots of people freaked out and stayed at home. I had a great drive to and from work, took me 1/3 the time I normaly need. Today sucked. |
Does it actually feature the 70s band?
|
I'd like to request a forum to discuss BBC programmes, including, but not limited to, the aforementioned Buzzcocks. </sarcasm>
|
Could we have a forum to discuss new forums?
|
We'd need to vote on that wouldn't we?
|
Buzzcocks - bollocks!
|
Buzzcocks rock, man.
but I never seen no TV show. |
TV? You mean "remotely government/corporate-controlled computer monitor-like device", yes?
|
Of course, in the UK, there is heavy government control (you have to pay a yearly fee for the privilege of watching television).
|
I think you do that here too....
It's called cable. The almighty ComCast demands a large sacrifice from couch taters. Dags |
Well, true...they hit me up for $78.19 a month...and I give it freely, being the television whore that I am.
But at least here, depending on where you live, you get several free channels, and only have to pay for electricity. In the UK, you have to pay a yearly fee, and the government sends people out to monitor those who are watching television that haven't paid for it. |
Japan as well.
|
Ha, ha, ha, that's a riot, Griff. :D
|
"Japan"
Great story Griff.
