I don't know what to cook on 4 July. I'm at a loss it's just gonna be Keryx and I.
Help.

What's your and Keryx's favourite foods? Cook that, regardless of whether it makes a "meal" (let alone an Independence Day Celebration Meal). Eat and enjoy!

Pre-cook chicken parts half way or more in the oven, then BBQ with a good sauce.
Potato salad and dry Riesling.
Cheesecake and Port.

Well I just went and bought $18 worth of ribeye so that is what we are doing

Cauliflower, and I may make hollandaise sauce for it

Steak and taters, Precious.

For dessert, something green and red and stanky.

also... what Limey says. Just cook what you enjoy. You don't have to cater for anyone else? make the most of it

I got 2 Rib Eyes that I will grill. And we will have a salad.

Good choice! Steak and salad is our go-to for a celebratory meal.
