Jars of Baconaisse?

We've got Godiva chocolates with caramel centers, plus Kit Kat bars, Reese's peanut butter cups and Whoppers.
I've turned off all the outside lights, and hope no one comes. |

Mmmmmmm...whoppers.

Ahhh. They look like our Maltesers:
http://www.maltesers.co.uk/chocolates.aspx But I thought for a moment that you were handing out BK Whoppers. |
Whoppers is a WAY BETTER name though. I can't even be bothered to pronounce whatever that name you've got there is.
|
Malt-teaser (without the separation though)
or maybe Mall-teaser ....just occurred to me, i have no way of knowing how you pronounce malt... Mollteaser might be closer. |
Handing out hamburgers...chuckle.
|
I was a little taken aback by the image :p

From the wiki page they were origanally called Energy Balls, can't say whether they taste like them either. |

Yeah, whoppers, or Malted Milk Balls, taste like malted milk. Malt. What tastes better? I have no idea! I'll eat the chocolate off the outside for the pleasure of melting the malty portion on my tongue. :yum: |
Malteaserers taste like Horlicks.
They're about the only type of choc Mum can't stomach. Aunty Alice used to bring a box over for her as a treat every time she came - she was never allowed to say she hated them... Malteaser Celebrations are quite yummy. |

I just went over and got a box of Whoppers. They sell them in movie theater size here.
Oh well. I didn't get any Halloweenie candy. :) |

anyhow. She settled on powdered sugar which is also my favorite. While she was deciding and I was enumerating some of her options, I noticed a big can of Carnation Malted Milk on the shelf. I took it down and sprinkled a spoonful of it on each slice of my french toast. WOW. It was delicious. |
