The thread title pretty much says it all. Completely random shit from my/your house. With no explanation.

Long ago bruce started a thread for showing all the knick-knacks in your house. bruce had a huge number of them. I used to love that thread. But it's gone now for some reason.

Maybe your thread will pick up where his left off.

My wife has this on a magnet on our refrigerator. I think the magnet makes a good point, but I expand it to include things that I expect will be useful someday. That stuff goes down into the basement in my shop. Every once in a while, I see something and realize that it isn't going to be useful after all, so I get rid of it.

That magnet needs to go, since it does not satisfy its own conditions.

I've had that exact same thought, but it holds up the kids' artwork, good schoolwork, etc.

aha! here;s something. i have 4 (used to be more but i lost them in the move) the late Jose Lima, Billy Spiers, Scott Elarton and Tim Bogar.

i used to have one ball that was Jeff Bagwell, Craig Biggio and the late Ken Caminiti.

This thread is in trouble. Those items are totally nonrandom and explicable.

Okay, here is something useless. It may not look that way, but we never ever use it. It just sits there taking up space. It's kind of dumb, it you ask me. I tried to use it once, but the candles dripped all over everything everywhere. And I never wear that headband. It was our daughter's and it just sits there all the time, so that is kind of useless, too.

But, it's attractive.

Very little in this house is random or unexplained as Mum is an anti-hoarder.
I could take a photo of my make up bag and toiletries though, and I use them about five times a year.
Or perhaps the majority of my shoes, ditto.
But then I suspect many women suffer from that issue.

The ceiling and such will be closed in, eventually. Still lacking gutterwork, too. Paint to follow in the fall. Lattice underpinning is on though. Maybe a ceiling fan/light, too.

Nah, I think it's just a trinket, an objet d'curiosity. Real glass. Liquid inside. Never tried to take the top off, don't know if it comes off.
