Has to be. First one I thought of as well.

Cloud 05-30-2010 01:24 PM

a few comments:

--some very fine vehicular tv out there (Batmobile, NC-1701)
--I forgot about Jack O'Neill. And Flipper. (but not in the same show: that would be Seaquest)
--K-9 counts, but I prefer Krypto
--Most of y'alls' "best thing ever on tvs" are lame. Except Glatt, Nirvana, and anyone who said Star Trek.
--Star Trek Rules! yeah! (satisfies my nerdy little heart)

Shawnee123 05-30-2010 06:04 PM

Star Trek is the lame.

Cloud 05-30-2010 08:20 PM

Says you. I say no one will remember Six Feet Under 40 years after its debut.

Clodfobble 05-31-2010 11:13 AM

Only because they had the sense to close out the plot of Six Feet Under in a gracious, non-shark-jumping manner. It's hard to forget a show that's still beating you over the head with not-really-new content 40 years later.

Gravdigr 05-31-2010 05:14 PM

Six Feet what, now?

Gravdigr 05-31-2010 05:15 PM

I notice not one person said anything concerning the various cars on Home Improvement. Goes to show a show can have killer cars, and still suck.

Cloud 06-02-2010 08:48 AM

Home Improvement? With Tim Allen?

. .. there were cars on there?

lumberjim 06-02-2010 11:27 PM

I will always associate F troop with chicken noodle soup. It must have been on during the day when I was a kid....staying home sick from school.

Occasionally. Tim Allen is a notorious gearhead, and it carried over into the show sometimes.

I associate it with any program that was on around that time...we were only allowed to watch Batman and Get Smart (or at least that's all I remember watching around 5 pm when I seem to remember it being on).
