I live in OHIO but...

the weather is definitely Northern Scotland.

What's the country of your weather?

Sundae 05-13-2010 08:06 AM

Today?
Costa Brava (Northern Spain).

chrisinhouston 05-13-2010 03:21 PM

Houston is on the same latitude as Egypt but our weather is more like Taiwan, hot and humid

Trilby 05-13-2010 03:50 PM

well - I'm a bit embarrassed now. The morning was northern Scotland - this afternoon has been swampy - like NOLA.

skysidhe 05-13-2010 05:11 PM

Turin in Piedmont Italy.

sunny, cloudy, rain, sunny,cloudy,rain,sunny,cloudy,rain

sunny! @ 69 presently with 45/46 nighttime lows.

squirell nutkin 05-13-2010 07:23 PM

Spring is usually pretty Ireland here, but we're very four season so most places can't cover it.

Gravdigr 05-20-2010 12:48 AM

Likewise, we also have distinct seasons. But a quick lookaround concerning latitudes (36* 43", or so) and altitudes (hey, those 2 words share the same letters!) suggests that we may share a similar climate with the area around Yan'an, Shaanxi, China (although they have a couple thousand feet altitude on us).

Most of the places that 36*43" runs through or near is either desert, higher altitudes, or is right on a coast, so, all those places' weather will be significantly different from ours.

There is a rumor, Bri, that today we will witness a giant yellow-orange orb in the sky. It is said that this orb provides light and heat. Eh, sounds like a bunch of hocus-pocus to me.

Ra ra!

We are of the tribe oHIo.

We don't talk about the weather - we endure it.

Shawnee123 05-20-2010 07:38 AM

We are a hardy lot, not unlike the hobos.

Trilby 05-20-2010 07:39 AM

oHIo hobos are the best! They're jaunty and taste like chicken.

They are indeed, although the swamp water nearly floated the polish right off. I've found an awesome new purple for this year. Purpler than evah
