What skill/trait do you possess that makes you a unique contributor and/or asset to your employer?

Being willing to do what most don't.

I can't think of anything.

BrianR 05-01-2010 10:30 PM

Being very good at what I do, being willing to take the jobs no one else wants and get them done on time and putting up with an amazing amount of bullshit. I have even brought in new customers just by noticing they were there and making the right contacts.

The problem is, 85% of top management don't realize how effed they'll be until it's too late and they sack you to cut costs.

There are always more crazy people. No matter how hard we try to fix 'em, the ones we know about still keep breaking, and there's all these new ones.
