What gives me job security is the fact that I like my job a lot and I'm good at what I do.

I have none, so I don't know.

It used to be my work ethic, but now it's that I've been here so long, I know everything.

Being willing to do what most don't.

Being very good at what I do, being willing to take the jobs no one else wants and get them done on time and putting up with an amazing amount of bullshit. I have even brought in new customers just by noticing they were there and making the right contacts.
