got balls?
stability balls, physio balls, swiss balls, balance balls, exercise balls--call 'em what you will-- I :heartpump my stability ball.
It's a great piece of equipment for the home workerouter. You can do so much with it! You can use it for abs, for stretching, for relaxing, as a substitute for a bench to do dumbell work on--you can even use it for cardio! And when you're not using it--- it becomes an extra seat. Plus, it's fun to play with balls! I also have a medicine ball that I use, but it's not as versatile. |
I :heartpump balls too, ....theres sooooo many things you can do with them :)
|
they're bouncy, flouncy, trouncy, pouncy,
fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! |
If you have balls, remember to check them for irregularities once a month.

You can just imagine the aftermath for the next couple weeks. "Hey Fred, you get your phone bill yet??" Although I have to give them props. It was one of the stupidest things I've ever seen, but because of that I remember it to this day. (God only knows what the girls got.) To answer the original question, I've started working with some rubber bands and tubes to get in more exercise at home. I'm still not very diligent, but I do it more often than I get to the gym. I've thought about getting a ball. |

Also, the ones like thin latex scarves are rather . . . sensual. ;) |
I'd like to propose the Cellar Official Outsourced Team Examination Ritual/Wide Area Neighborly Groping (C.O.O.T.E.R./W.A.N.G.) initiative, wherein mixed gender pairs will conduct thorough exams on each other's jumbly bits, all in the interest of early detection and prevention.
Who's in? |
I'm there. But the ladies will have to sign a disclaimer, absolving me of responsibility should they pass out when I unleash the wang-dang-doodle.

My lawyers are very clever with the semantics.

I laugh in my sleep sometimes--does that count?
bounce on those balls, people! |
on a serious note-- the "proper" ball for my height is 55 cm, so that's what I've been getting. But this time I got the 65 cm ball and it's MUCH better!
|
Well, this proves once and for all that bigger is better.
