The heads are out of proportion in relation to the size their heads would be in real life. Unfortunately I couldn't get the earrings right on the top photo, so I had to lose 'em.

What was weird about PSing this was how her neck is all long and scrawny, while the dude basically has no neck at all.

Looks more like ringworm than cancer.
