am doing something I enjoy like photography or taking care of our plants and flowers. The simplest things can make you happy.

Earlier this spring/summer I got a bamboo starter from my BIL (wife's sister's husband). It came in a plastic cat litter container. I transplanted it into a big tub I bought at the hardware store...the kind with two rope handles. Yesterday when I was looking at it, I saw two new chutes coming up away from the original trunk. It made me so happy that I couldn't wait to show my wife.

I've been a short average looking dude my whole life, with zero woman problems (no interest) so, I turn 40, go bald & old looking, turn into sterotypical grouchy fuck, WHAMMO.... these chicks come out of the woodwork, not skanks...total hotties who could care less that I'm married, they've been fucking up my life for the last 3 years.
