Been chillin' with the Jamaicans after work
 

last few days I've been hanging with the Jamaicans after work, drinking beers, listening to obscure reggae tracks, learning some Patois, and eating some of the most delicious goddamn food I've ever had.

Last night Mr. C cooked up one of the deer shanks from last fall after marinating it all night and then putting some amazing Jamaican Mojo onto it.
