I was going to guess pot, but rolled in rice paper wrappers like a spring roll.

HEY!!! It's a workshop and there is plenty of work going on... Now if only I knew where I put that spanner wrench... ;)

It looks like they're rolled in wax paper, which is really, really weird. Who knows about kids these days, though.

You better find a brush, broom and dustpan... or a leaf blower and clear some crap up.
BTW, your spanner wrench is at the top right of the pic under the orange extension cord. ;)
