This is a 2002 handout photo showing a student operating a dormitory washer-dryer combo with the technology to be monitored by computer from students dorm rooms to see when the laundry is done. IBM Corp. plans to install about 9,000 of the machines on 40 campuses, all so far in the Midwest, including Ohio State University and Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio.

This actually does more than allow a student to monitor whether the cycle is done or not (although having used shared laundry facilities in the past, that's a noble goal). It also allows the students to debit their laundry usage directly to their student accounts. Collecting cash and repairing coin-op mechanisms is a major part of the cost of running laundromats.

This is just the beginning of net-connected things-you-would-not-expect-to-be-net-connected. IPV6 will barely arrive in time.

I'm not so sure she's extremely hot. My first problem is that she doesn't appear to stand up straight. I have a problem with females that slouch. You have breasticles -- show 'em off! My second problem is that she's wearing a choker. For some reason, those things just bug me. I think she's got a great profile, and I'm sure I wouldn't kick her outta bed for eating crackers.

blowme, the girl is supposedly doing laundry. (In fact she's actualy demonstrating a washer, but that's not the point..) In either case, she's not there to show you her "breasticles". I suspect her posture is influenced by the photog coaching her to show carduing the machine without obscuring the camera's view o fthe machine. Shame on her for using her left hand to card the machine, she deprived you of your rightful soft-core-coed. ;-)
