The Republic of the Marshall Islands and the United States: A Strategic Partnership: The Marshall Islands are now an independent country, but were part of a UN Trust Territory administered by the US from 1947 to 1986. Most might be more familiar with what went on there--weapons testing on the atolls of Bikini and Enewetak in the 40s and 50s.

The above link is an online exhibit presented by the Marshall Islands that includes photos and documents that center on the relationship between the Islands and the US.

The Communist Party of Ontario: It's currently election season in Ontario, and when it comes to air time, the CBC has to give all recognized parties equal time...including the Communists. Read their platform--a combination of idealism, stupidity, and lack of reality.
