well, i was being slightly dramatic in order to make a point, but still, the people we talk to on a daily basis have influence on how we act. like it or not. if you hang out with assholes, there;s a pretty good chance you will begin to display assholic tendencies. these guys make you look like alan alda, for chrissakes.

that's also why your coolness quotient has risen since you've known me. ;)

Sometimes, it's just fun to watch people beat the shit out of each other. :)

I read the thread today oh boy
About a lucky man who made the grade
And though the news was rather sad
Well I just had to laugh:haha:

lumberjim, I appreciate your attempted sentiment.

and yet, he lurks. i lost a screen capture that had him sending email to another member. drat.

looks like the hooks are set. he's viewing the current events forum right now.

i'm so gay. sorry, steve. you're welcome here, like everyone.

Merely answering my email subscription emails. I'm not foolish enough to turn my back just yet. As for the email, that's not really your business. Truly, I mean no harm, nor will I further disturb you unless summoned.

In the real world, yeah, nature and nurture clash constantly. I don't know if that translates the same online though.

You've got it backwards, but I understand...it's been a busy day for you. ;)

Do as you wish, but we welcome all comers.

It's very rare that anyone commits the unspeakable wrongs ... trying to break the board, using the board to break the law, or being insufferably annoying. Using the board to break the balls is actually okay ...

Speaking for myself, you seem like you'd fit right in. Don't feel the need to be a stranger.
