I got it in 5 tries, took a couple of minutes.

I encountered this puzzle a couple of years ago and at the time I figured it out in less than a minute.

earlier today it was killing me...i thought i had it....and got it right twice, then i didnt have it.....

but just now...i looked at it and immediately figured it out.
