NASCAR wasn't always a snooze, rockets with a guy strapped inside, plotting and scheming to to trick somebody out of their position.
It used to be heads up, man vs man over Lady Lucks charms. They actually drove the cars because they were only doing 150 mph(about 240kph) they could actually race. Of course that's when they had the biggest pile up in NASCAR history too. Wanna see? :D
