lol...yeah, we thought that pose was just too cute not to take a snap of.

We also have one of him doing the finger in his sleep. I'll post that when I get it off the proper camera.

Sundae 04-28-2009 05:19 AM

Um, Ali - did he learn that pose off daddy by any chance...?

DucksNuts 04-28-2009 05:53 AM

Too cute, Ali.

Thanks girls. :)

Which pose did you mean SG? The finger or kicking back relaxing? lol

Fine looking lad he is - You and Dazza must be so proud. Then again, you do realize that he is just resting up and conserving energy to wreak havoc later

Looooove the mohawk.

We are very proud classic. :) He's a pretty good baby though. He's even into a 6 hour sleep pattern at night now, so that's brilliant! He usually goes from about 10.30 to 4.30 (and sometimes even 5.30) so sleep is becoming even more attainable than it was before. Unfortunately, my body seems to be realizing it's exhausted and is lapping up the sleep. When I fall asleep I'm dropping almost straight into deep sleep which is good on the one hand because it's rejuvenating, but on the other, when I get woken up, I really feel like shit for the first 15 or twenty minutes.

Dazza told me he was tired the other day, and I said to him, "you try not sleeping more than 3 hours at a stretch for about 6 months and see how you feel then". I was refering to the latter stages of the pregnancy and the first month or so after the birth. He doesn't get up to do night feeds or anything. I consider that my job since he has to go to work every day, which means he doesn't miss out on any sleep at all. Lucky bugger.

Clod, that's a naturally occuring phenomena. lol It is cute though.

We've always done things the same way. Sure, he changes diapers when he's here and whatnot, but really, I need him to stay employed more than I need my fair share of sleep, you know? If I were working too, then it would be different for sure, but here at home no one cares if I look like crap or can only manage to communicate in single syllables. But I'm in no way against giving dirty looks should he ever complain about being tired. :)

make that three of us. althought thankfully we're way past the middle of the ngiht feeds now. mostly. It only arises now with midnight puking. In theory it's my job, but sometimes it takes two of us to deal. At the weekend, it's all his....inless it need two.

Why two? one to deal with the barfer, and one to change the bed.
