Let him make an offer and do not be afraid to ask for a salary you know you are worth. Be confident and understand what you are worth. If you really are, they will respond accordingly.

But check it out. My HS recently won an award for excellence, and it's considered "rural." Its district is the area's largest in terms of, well "area" and averages 100 kids a class. It was a very good school, and still is. In fact, my brother and his wife will be staying where they are so the kids will attend it.

It's a little old-fashioned compared to the "city" schools, but for some reason they have attracted great teachers and great programs.

Flint, I love the idea of you buying some land and living in a trailer or something while you build. I know a lot of people who have done it that way, and the rewards are immense.

Yeah dude, live in the country! [/Ellie May]

I'm totally excited about being all, like, in the wilderness.

The kids will love it. My brother has a beautiful home, just built a new barn complete with a man cave...they have acres and acres and the kids are safe to play outside and run with the dog...when they get older they will have parties in the barn, maybe hayrides. You and Pooka will love it!

Ideal for me would be to get this job in the city and move more into the country: best of both worlds.

There's a snag on the new job btw. Keep your fingers crossed.
