This is still a fucked up forum situation. This is pretty much the worst banning situation I have seen. Some members are so turned off by this incident that they will just disappear, with out final post, without fanfare.

UT is the most patient mod I've ever seen. And how come everyone gets to have a pissy day now and then except UT?

The Dave situation was much worse than this, IMO.

Shit happens. Some may leave, but many will stay and noobs will come. The Cellar will go on, as it has for the last 17 years.

But that is exactly the wedge some folks are in. Addicted to the community, yet hates it. Resentful dependence as some pros call it.

Two months later he shows up as a new user, and when I realize it was him, I banned his sorry ass again.

This whole scene was compressed into a couple of days at The Cellar. I guess forum members in 2006 are getting more adept at carrying out bullshit.

And I'm still banned as Marichiko. Why say otherwise????? Indeed we all have our bad moments as I did when I posted the "suicide post." Life goes on and so will the Cellar. But why say I'm unbanned when I'm not? :confused:
