I just got the letter:

mild obstructive apnea
woke up a lot from snoring
and RLS
Maybe if you lose some weight you won't snore so much
Good luck slugger!

Trilby 06-24-2010 05:37 PM

but losing weight won't help with the RLS....

why won't you take the meds? I must know!

Deal with them how?

Have you tried sleeping with a marble in your mouth? I've heard that that will help.

I have zero faith in pharmaceutical companies. That's not entirely true. My faith would have to grow by several orders of magnitude to reach zero.

I am rather fond of antibiotics when used appropriately, There are a handful of drugs that have proven themselves over time. It's not the meds themselves but the people who are claiming them safe that I especially distrust.

As for the RLS I will try an acupuncturist first and see if that helps at all.

K. Let me know.

I'm on way too many meds as it is.

(yes Merc really does look like that at work. We only ever see his "chilling with my speedboat in my pink shirt and no wig" look.)
