Speaking of Colbert... The Trump/O'Reilly stuff at the beginning is okay, but the real brilliance starts at 5:14 with the Pepsi ad controversy. I choked on my breakfast.

Little known fact, Colbert is actually a conservative. A pretty moderate one, but he's talked in interviews about some pretty fiscally conservative stuff. He's genuinely refused to do bits mocking the Pope before.

Serious Catholic. Clearly the Jesuits got to him young. Hard to believe someone so intelligent belonging to a church.

Henry, sometimes when people are sure and adamant, they appear as smug or dickish by others who disagree. In print it's almost impossible to tell without further conversation. I know I often have the bad habit of forming an opinion about someone after a post or two, only to find out later I was partially or completely wrong. Mostly that person is either a troll, or just doesn't agree with me on everything. You aren't a troll, you aren't a dick, you just express your opinions with vigor. :D

I've been loitering here a long time, and my views on many things have been changed, or at least modified, by what other people have expressed here. There are some damn smart people come here abouts.
