Acting the same way by consulting with radical elements of the radical left-wing nut mouth pieces. Soro's is one of those, so is Huffington. I am highly suspect of any person in government who would go to them for advice. McCain was barely a Republickin, he was a moderate who disagreed with much of what Bush said and did. Consulting with him is a smoke and mirror move to make it look like he is holding everyone's hand and singing Kumbya when in fact he is doing what Bush did, when he appointed guys like Cheney and Rumsfield, and appointing his cabinet from the Clinton years. I don't want to see him fail and he has made some good choices. But let's call a duck a duck.

I'm willing to call Soros a duck, but McCain is a centrist and Obama needs the center to govern.

It was more in response to dar stating that, "Obama has been consulting with that controversial maverick McCain".

Griff, I hope you are right.

I would hardly call Arianna Huffington a radical left wing nut case. She's actually quite brilliant.

I agree with you, Sugarpop. The Right cant help but label anything that isnt conservative enough for them as radical and extreme. Its the kneejerk in 'em...:D

yep, that's me hard core Righty-wing nut. God, guns, NASCAR, and all women should be prego at home in the kitchen. :lol2:

"Democrats care so much more for the poor than Republicans do. We Democrats give them money. Republicans tell them to get a job and support themselves. Yeah, right."

Besides, Merc, home is where we keep most of the guns anyway, along with the rest of the tools. In the box.

If anyone wants to read that last metaphorically, I ain't stoppin' ya.

I think former felon G. Gordon Liddy's wife still owns the entire Luger collection. Also no doubt in the box.

Pico -- I've got to say you don't know much about conservatives. You would if you expanded your reading, though. Try National Review. American Spectator may be a little much for you.
