woof?

bbro 06-26-2006 09:11 AM

Um, I think I'll just stick to dogs. If I could choose any, it would be animals that it would just be too cruel to keep, like a giraffe, gorilla, tiger, you know, that stuff :D

Several breeds are non-allergenic. Shih Tzus are.
I would disagree with you. My in-laws had one, and it drove my allergies nuts. It's been gone for several years now, and I finally can go over there without drugging my self into oblivion.

I was bitten by a capybara once. Like raccoons, they are cute as all hell but they are definitely not nice animals.

My dad, as a kid, had a raccoon as a pet. A housepet.

...Yes, he did grow up in rural Fayette County, Alabama.

I stand corrected. I was confusing that with hypoallergenic...

Okay, now, damn it. You cannot just say, "I was bitten by a capybara once" and not give details. I mean, you might be up to your tuckus in capybaras on a daily basis, but I've never even been remotely close enough to one that it would have had an opportunity to so much as nibble me.

Give?

It's not such a dramatic story--they have them at the zoo here. We were there recording interesting animal noises to turn into dinosaur noises for a certain videogame. I wanted to get closer so I first stuck my microphone through the cage, and then got bolder and stuck my whole arm in. The little punk dove for me as soon as flesh was accessible. He was totally waiting for it.

Did your resulting scream make it into the videogame anywhere?

Clodfobble 06-27-2006 04:57 PM

Ha--no, but probably only because I cursed and we wanted a T rating. :) My screams were actually in that game already though, because I voiced a minor character who was also available in multiplayer mode, thus she had to have death and pain screams.

Ibby 06-28-2006 03:29 AM

What game?

Clodfobble 06-28-2006 11:17 AM

This one. :)

Ibby 06-28-2006 11:58 AM

ooh, thats not a bad game. Good work.

EDIT: wow, scathing review on wikipedia though. Either I remember bad or I didnt play long enough...

Clodfobble 06-28-2006 12:19 PM

Thanks. Wiki is pretty harsh, but we all knew it was far from great... You should have seen what it was supposed to look like, before we ran out of money and time. :) If you played at least to the first flying level, you heard my voice.
