Diz gets raw chicken, bones and all. The bones are an essential part of his diet.
I've read up on the pro and anti, but given that the bones are so small and they are a natural part od a wild cat's diet I am happy to include them. I was always wary of HM's assertion that they could eat cooked bones however. Especially following the Spicy Chicken fiasco. |
my dogs get cooked shank bones all the time and they love them. Of course, I make sure the bones are larger than the dogs' throats. Really, only cook them (I simmer them for two hours) because the wife hates the bloody mess on her floors/bed/sofa etc.
Once upon a time, Junior (the pit bull mix) was given a six-inch shank bone and he spent the next four hours chewing away happily...outside in the yard. |

This is our black lab who would not look at the camera. So I tried to hold his face towards the camera, that didn't work out very well either. You get the idea I'm sure.

lol. Ihave similar trouble trying to get Pil to look at a camera these days. For every one I post there are another 15 blurred as fuck pictures of pilau avoiding the camera. Beautiful dog btw.

Playing with the Diz Cat.
It's usually more varied geographically - involves the stairs and the hall to give us both some exercise, but I wouldn't be able to film that. He's both intelligent and energetic, so I have to make sure he gets a good amount of play time with me as he's not going out at present. I try to make it about an hour a day. When he was a house cat previously he had Dylan to play with, and the two of them used to racket about constantly. I know he misses that, so it's up to me to do what I can. |

This is "Killer" my miniature dachshund. I had to find him a new home when I deployed. Gosh I miss him
|
You might have been able to put a false top on your canteen and stash him inside... He's pretty darn tiny. No chance of getting him back? We've seriously considered (when we've had a few) of kidnapping one of our cats back from the person who adopted him.

I like the turtle in the middle picture. That one looks... angry. Do they have names? (When my stepmom got turtles, we named them Myrtle, Yertle, and Jimmy.)
