Fender, strong like Russian woman...

Gravdigr 12-11-2018 05:18 AM

Not pretty, but, that makes an embarrassing amount of sense.

I woulda used a big, fat yellow letter Goodyear Eagle, though.

But, I get the use-what-ya-got thang, too.

xoxoxoBruce 12-11-2018 11:24 AM

It would be cooler if it was a pie crust slick.

Flint 12-11-2018 02:55 PM

We calls 'em onion skins. Or an old bias ply Firestone Wide O Oval, the white letter section of the sidewall, would look cool, too.:yesnod:

I'd like to see the rest of that scooter. Exposed battery, some kind of strap for a seat/ass sling, car tire for a fender...

Happy Monkey 12-11-2018 03:20 PM

That slot where the... axle... attaches to the frame looks really dangerous, too. A loose nut results in a wildly off-axis wheel.

Unless that nut and bolt sticking out of hte back of the frame does something to hold it in place.

Gravdigr 12-11-2018 04:43 PM

Stay right away from motorcycles....you won't like motorcycles.

That adjusts/determines chain tension.

Didja not have a bicycle when ya was a kid?:eyebrow:

Happy Monkey 12-11-2018 04:52 PM

I may trust that nut to resist my foot's power, but not a motor's... Is that how real scooters/motorcycles attach their wheels?

Again, unless the nut and bolt sticking out the back is what really is holding it in place, rather than the nut on the side.

I'm starting to look forward to the sweet embrace of death.

lumberjim 12-11-2018 05:30 PM

that's going to be even boringer. you're bored. get into the present moment and stop dwelling in misery, ya prick.

Gravdigr 12-12-2018 12:44 PM

No, not bored, sick and fucking tired of going in useless fucking circles...

xoxoxoBruce 12-12-2018 12:47 PM

Don't get comfortable with the status quo 'cause it'll change, it always does.

Gravdigr 12-12-2018 12:50 PM

Til some asshat draws another circle.

Oh, sorry, I didn't know you were sick. You talking about that on here?

Gravdigr 12-12-2018 12:58 PM

It's some random bug.

lumberjim 12-13-2018 08:18 AM

Well you've been saying cryptic suicidal things for months. So if this sickness is momentary, I revert to my original comment. Rub some dirt on it.

Flint 12-13-2018 08:31 AM

Don't let depression lead you down the dark path of shitposting..

..or you could end up like me!

Glad to see it's got built in tow hooks. :haha:

Gravdigr 12-13-2018 12:09 PM

Non-driver. Son-of-aGun on the tread of all three tires.

Interesting exercise though.

Happy Monkey 12-13-2018 12:17 PM

I'd be worried about the center of gravity, and whether that front wheel is always touching the ground, let alone controlling the direction.

Gravdigr 12-13-2018 12:27 PM

And whether that bolt is gonna hold the axle in place.

I don't think he saw what I did there. Or, he didn't see what I did over there.

I get shitty when I'm pissed off. It's worse when I'm truly angry.

Sorry.

lumberjim 12-13-2018 03:01 PM

Over where?

Gravdigr 12-13-2018 03:23 PM

I was being shitty with Flint, somewhere. Shit, I forgot where.

Over 'random'. I asked him to explain what he meant 8 times, and got nothing.

And then my jaws locked and I couldn't let go.

I like this. Never heard it described that way, but it's exactly what happens with people sometimes.

I've obviously heard "let it go" before, never the "jaws locked" bit.

Thank you!

Neon Bike Trim.

Gravdigr 12-20-2018 12:45 PM

I can see the wheel treatment being useful, it's somewhat attractive also. The rest I don't particularly care for. It's too much.

xoxoxoBruce 12-20-2018 11:42 PM

Not appropriate for robbing a liquor store. :headshake

Appropriate for Ghost Rider.

Hope whoever rides in that spot doesn't have fat ankles.

They won't for long, anyway.

Howdy all here is my new to the stable Suzuki 1500 trike. I have a Road King that I was getting ready for spring and the damn bike attacked me. My wino buddy was going to help me clean the garage and all I had to do was move it, but nooo. I rode to the other street to come in the dirt drive which had a hole that I forgot about next to the pavement and the front tire caught the edge and I went into a front yard that was soft from rain. After I hit the ground I thought the ground didn't feel that soft. No helmet of course, but I have a hard head. The left saddlebag lid caught my ankle and cracked it against the SOFT ground. I have a plate and 7 screws.

So here it is my wife loves it. It is not clean in these pics as it was on the curb.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...32d8a3fdfc.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...9a5eebe98d.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...07962a7f49.jpg
