You had the man-boobs before you got here. You can't blame those on us, bucko!

Yeah, maybe they weren't from the CD.

Jeez, Wolf, a bit touchy today, are we? I always figured the whole PMS (PMT) thing was a crock, so I've never taken the mention of it very seriously. You give the syndrome more power than it deserves by blowing up that way over it. No hard feelings or anything, that's just how I see it.
Understood, but bear in mind, because of the "stigma" that PMS has, sometimes it gets annoying to hear, "Oh she's bitchy today...must be on the rag." (or worse, "Sounds like she needs to get laid."). And most of the time, those type of comments come from men, which makes it all the more worse, because they just assumed that it was a "female" problem, and not because of...oh let's say work stress, home stress, MAN stress, or anything outside of menstruation.

"Man stress"?

What the hell is that? :D

Couldn't agree with you more. Too many times men will use that term as a sort of male superiority put down. Its a way of invalidating a woman's feelings, by implying that she is just some thoughtless creature at the whim of every change of raging hormones. It lets the guy off the hook when he doesn't want to deal with something we say. Actually, I always wanted to get one of those T-Shirts that say, "I'm off my estrogen and I have a gun!" ;)

I have definite quick mood changes when menstruating. Usually, I want to wrestle. Sends the Mr. running to get me a chocolate bar then follows with him putting me in a Gagne Sleeper.

i prefer "manzier"

the boobs i spoke of were figurative, and much less hairy. with tassles on them. and tan lines.

i guess talking about female plumbing is better than the bitchslapping i was taking on thursday, though, so call aunt flo, tell the red fairy, i welcome them this month.
