Today is election day. I will vote, and so will Mom. I will have to take her ballot to her, we'll probably have lunch, maybe go for a ride.

Go across town to collect more poppies then stand about in the High Street selling them to passers by. Five more days to go, lots of money to raise, getting colder by the day...

It's beautiful here today. Not a lot of days like today left in the year. GrandCherokeeOne is in fighting trim again, and I haven't been more than 2 miles from home in a pretty good while, so I must go to the river. I must.

I got the sticky-icky, a little petrol, a sixer, a Sweet Coronella, and a lawn chair. Gonna grab some BBQ and buns from the black guy on the cawnuh (that man was born to smoke meat), and then...

I'm out.
