I thoroughly love H.R. Giger.
I have unsuccessfully attempted to buy the H.R. Giger Tarot deck off ebay several times.

One of my friends has this deck. She finds it "too disturbing" to take out of the box on an irregular basis. I am hoping that this feeling eventually morphs into a desperate need to get the Damned (two syllable pronounciation) out of her house.

Yes, that's the one. H.R. Giger's work is very distinctive. He has a way of making two parallel lines look disturbing. No other artist can quite capture that. I recognized his imprint on Alien before I saw his name in the credits.

I've got a thing for fieldstone and belted galloways. I'm not fond of the trees in this particular print though, he (Sculthorpe) usually does them better.

H. R. Giger is beyond a shadow of a doubt my favorite artist. He combines horror, sci-fi and erotica seamlessly into a freakish yet beautifully perfect world of biomechanics.

I knew he was either a very famous clown or I saw it on a paint my number once ( or both) I thought if you were attached I was loathe to mention the paint my number though:P

I used to be really into fantasy and sci fi when I was in college. Be careful. In a few years you'll be drying flower specimens and preserving them in glass. :P

I'm not so into scifi/fantasy, really, but Giger is a god.

I think he'll be more of the sort to stick pins in butterflies.
