WB!! :)

Nice job with the summation UT, that was really thoughtful.
Look how loved you are Bri. It's awesome. |
WB Bri!
|
Hi, Bri. Awfully glad you're back home with us! For the terminally unable to concentrate, *why* were you in the comedyless hospital?
|
:D
A hospital? What was it? |

I was in the ICU for three days with a heart monitor on. No Comedy Central, the f**kers. |
Who needs comedy central when you're comedic all by yourself?
Glad you're back. :) |
In fact now that you're really fuckin' bi-polar* I think it's high time you carve yourself a career as a much-loved comedy genius :P
You'll nail it, honey. You always do in the end. * I believe that's the correct medical term? |

I was just wondering how difficult it would be to quote a post deletion ... and it turns out that it's not too hard; so, those who aren't logged in can now read it! |
And?
|
I thought it was funny.
|
no...I meant, and how difficult was it?
|
I was referring to CM's deleted post.

Good luck Brianna. I did a lot of learning about bi-polar disorder when one of our grad students was diagnosed. Hopefully your brain won't take you on too many wild rides, and when it does it's quickly brought back to home.
Do your best to take care of yourself. Glad to see you back! :) |
Welcome back, don't go away anymore.
|
Hi Bri. :-)
You were gone? hehehe :D |

So did I, but she wasn't in the mood for it. Unpredictability is one of the reasons I love the bitch. :lovers:

Being recently diagnosed with an illness caused by the measures used to fight a different illness is probably, somewhere down the road, a funny, joking, ha-ha on you, kind of thing. It being so very RECENT, however, and me still trying to FIND MEDS that work without making me MORE insane or a total cripple, I didn't find much humor in the remark---esp. coming from someone who likes to bait me. Having what I have is NOT a "special time" just quite yet for me. It's not like PMS or a headache. MMMM'Kay? |
Try lithium. It's worked wonders for my friend. Maybe it wouldn't work for you, but knowing what she's been through and assuming your situation is similar, I know she was willing to try anything to put some perspective back in her life.

Yeah...my friend goes a bit nutty when she drinks if she's out of her comfort zone. All the paranoia comes back and it can take her a long while to settle down if she's not in the right environment.

I know you have a nursing background and probably know this, but just in case. ::hug:: |
thanks, Labrat.
::hugback:: I'm sure I'll be okay...eventually. |
*hugs Brianna* I know what it's like to have to walk away for awhile, glad you're back, and I hope you find the right combination of meds to help you get back to a healthy norm. :)
