I am currently taking my Mum through a weekly LOLcat tutorial.
She doesn't get it yet. I have assured her that part of the humour is in the repetition (as in catchphrase based shows). She still expects the pictures to be cute. I won't let her see the above - it would set my teaching back a few weeks. ETA my Mum is not out of touch and I don't mean to imply she is stupid, it's just that she uses the internet for email and occasional fact checking. This applies to her email contacts too, all of whom forward cute pics, none of whom know about LOLcats! |

That is so funny. Before my last trip out of town I got my suitcase out. Gaines was all over it. Since I've brought it home, he loves sleeping on it so much I've left it in the living room. It's one of his 3 places he's likely to be if you're looking for him. :blush: Edit: It's also where he waits for you to come down the hallway so he can pounce like the panther he thinks he is.
