CATHEADS are sneakers (actually basketball shoes). But they are not just any t-shoe. They are Converse All Stars. Chuck Taylor autograph is standard . In the late 60,s early 70's you weren't envogue w/out these. Over a half century old, I still choose the Cathead over the "post modern" style. No..no college here. Just Catheads.

Hmmm...interesting that people get all caught up in what they put on their feet. I prefer barefoot as much as possible. For one thing, it's cheaper. For another, it keeps me grounded.

LIME green?

xoxoxoBruce 02-02-2006 07:25 PM

Jeans, pocket Tee, socks......as usual.

Tonchi 02-02-2006 07:50 PM

Anything I could find that didn't need washing. Only I couldn't find anything that didn't need washing

busterb 02-02-2006 09:49 PM

Overalls, red tee.

marichiko 02-02-2006 10:02 PM

Silk night dress, long velvetine embroidered shawl with fringes, (both thrift shop finds) 3 Navajo silver bracelets, reading glasses, and my soft suede boots with fleecy linings (warmer then any slippers - its COLD). I would be an interesting sight if anybody came to my door (unlikely at this hour!) ;)

Urbane Guerrilla 02-02-2006 10:23 PM

Yeah, Mari, sort of Santa Fe hausfrau. :) Santa Fe Style Victim is a traditional central New Mexico comic staple: silver with turquoise everywhere it's made for, over Injun clothes and mocs. Even on six-foot-one strawberry blondes and negresses.:lol2:

But to topic: oversized black sweatshirt with a community-theater production logo embroidered. One-season wear down here in Port Hueneme/Oxnard, as it is very warm. Progressive bifocals, which do wonders for reading the screen -- glasses wearers, do get these when you enter the bifocal season of life. These would be what a webcam would show.

Touching myself? Heh, nunya. :p

RE: mari's wardrobe. I always did aspire to the Stevie Nicks style of dressing, but I found all that fringe and chiffon just got in my way.

though, the outfit I'm really jealous of is jinx's. Actually, I'm just all-round jealous of jinx. First, she has a killer name. Second, she is a lady of leisure who gets to enjoy her kids, drinks latte's, has a wallet full of gift cards AND owns cashmere argyle sox! Where did she find THOSE? Coz I want a pair. Bad.

No matter what or where you drive.....you're tires are most critical. ;)

seakdivers 02-03-2006 11:00 AM

Hmmm..... new day, same Gandalf robe. Maybe I should post to this thread AFTER I get to work.
However, it is snowing really hard out, so I will probably be wearing something rather yeti like.

yesman065 02-03-2006 12:40 PM

OK I'm in. Got one of my many "YES" T-Shirts this one is from the '84 tour, Paisley Flannel shirt (comfort is key), boxer briefs, (blue if that matters) Levis and my fav sneakers. I love not having any appointments! Otherwise I'd be choking in my suit & tie.
