Last nite I had a fist sized hunk of roast , a handfull of mushrooms , sliced up part of an onion , combine these , nuke them and mix with a pack of spicey beef ramen .
oh and a cold beer or 2 or more !!!

Well, it was a couple of days later than planned, but we finally had porcupine meatballs tonight. They were a hit with the family and with the kids my daughter is baby-sitting.

We went snorkeling today and collected some abalone. I made them for dinner, and ooooh I am in heaven now.

If I had any time off, I'd be coming to your house for Christmas, buster. I'd bring stuff too, but man, you know how to do it right, even if you have a tarp on the roof.
