I know the things I'm seeing in this video don't exist, have never existed. Yet I see them here.

That's cause there never was one. Never even made it to the drawing board, except as a alternative universe creative exercise kind of thing just a little while ago.

There's a series of kids' books out that uses that effect.

I had a book when I was a kid that used a less dramatic form of the same effect, to make water flow or smoke billow.

I got Swing! for school. Tiger was ambivalent, but some of my other SEN childer reacted with great enthusiasm.
