Today, we had a quick look at shape description because they have to be able to describe objects as well. We didn't have a lot of time so to really drive home the idea of jagged, I gave a bit of paper a jagged edge with a pair of scissors (well, just indulging my primary school tendencies, but it was fun). One of the less able students (a uniformed civil servant in his late 30s) looked at it and said....isn't that fluctuate? |

back in the pool after two days too busy to swim... 100 lengths (just over a mile)...but that's two weeks with some form of decent exercise every day. And I re-lost one of those evil recovered pounds this morning.

tried that. I'm not so alky that any alcohol will do. I like cold fizzy I can gulp. I did switch exclusively to the lower cal beer, though.....

Nope. I've weighed myself daily for years, still as sane as ever. I'm used to the fluctuations, don't patronize me. This is just a chatter "oh look how awesome I am" thread. Unsolicited advice is unsolicited.
As it happens I'm actually quite pleased that there is less fluctuation than there used to be/usually is. Weekly weigh-ins would worry me that I wouldn't know if it was fluctuation or gain/loss. Math nerds, gotta hate 'em. |
btw my face is obviously leaner, no chubby cheeks and that hint of a double chin is unhinting. :D Let that be an example to you, belly!
