Fred (Plthijnx) gets out next month...I'm hoping I can reach them BOTH then.
Clearly that longish period that I was away, more happened than I had realised...

I'd missed that too! A dwellar in the big house, eh? Kind of cool, gives our cellar a real underground darkside bohemian feel. Are we allowed to ask why he was in?

Who would I be? So many to choose from....
Ducksnuts - cool car and gets plenty of action.
ZippyT - very nice southern lifestyle
Ibram - so much potential and opportunity
LJ or Bruce - envy their post count

But really I am going to stretch the rules and say i wanna be Lil-Lookout. That kid rocks and he has a great dad.
Lets go PLAY! Or defy bullies. Either way... cool

I would love to be me and try to figure out what the hell is going on inside there..

Aliantha 08-18-2008 11:15 PM

Why doesn't anyone want to be me? I don't have to go to work unless I want to. The bills always get paid. My husband loves me. My kids love me. I have a loving extended family who are actively involved in my life. I get to go shopping whenever I like. I have great friends. I live in a nice house in a quiet little township which is close enough to the city to make dining in style still a good option.

And those are just the good things about my life that I can think of right now. There's tons more.

Who wouldn't want my life?

sorry, you're australian. ;)

Aliantha 08-19-2008 01:34 AM

You shouldn't be sorry. I'm very happy being Australian. Wouldn't want to be anything else. :)

It's said that variety is the spice of life; so, I would be this one.

I didn't name names, but you were one of the people I was thinking of in my description.
And your location would be a big draw!

I'd so do you, Zengum!

If it's only temporary, I'll say Flint. He has a nice spouse, nice kids who he and pooka really enjoy, and he knows a lot about music. Mostly, though, I'd like to be inside a brain that's even quirkier than mine!

I would be you, Ali, but the only big change would be becoming Australian. :3eye:

You and I can switch for a while, dear - our lives sound pretty similar. Only...how's the beer down under? I won't stay in a world without beer. ;)

Aliantha 08-19-2008 06:34 PM

The beer is good here. You can even get that american stuff if you really must.

SG, you're a doll. But you know that already don't you?

Case, there are lots of advantages to being an Australian. You'd love it. ;)

ZenGum 08-19-2008 08:05 PM

On the beer (which I am occasionally), is it true that in the USA there is a limit to the percentage of alcohol allowed in beer (I've heard 2.2% or something)?

If so, my sympathies.
