Shady? I don't think they designed the car to do that. I think that the top gear videos demonstrating the technique mention limiting the times they pulled it. It's very hard on the car, and done just to achieve a quick time.

we sold that one, btw. to a tin man.

At time of purchase buyers have to sign a waiver that Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) must be kept on at all times. Disabling the VDC will void the factory warranty. Nissan is therefore not responsible
Why would Nissan make it possible for the driver to turn of the VDC, if they don't want anybody to do that?
Jim, does Cherry Hill make the buyer sign a waiver?

i don't know about that particular one.....Mike has caught both of the GTR deals we've done.....might be part of the thing the General Manager does with the buyer. it's got it's own delivery process......

So who wants to buy me one of these cars for Christmas?? Hmmm??

There was one at Buttonwillow Raceway on Sunday. Young guy was driving it during a speedventures track day. We called it the "understeer special". It needed a little suspension work because it pushed like a dump truck!! Fast on the straights though!! Good looking car. Great sound.
