The breakdown thing crossed my mind too -if that's the case. hurrah for her for fetching the cavalry rather than ingoring it -even if she wasn't entirely responsible in her approach...

So I spoke to the mother yesterday. She was very grateful for my help and had a million thankyous to say. Big sad story about how she wasn't coping etc.
I suggested that next time she thinks about going away she should make better arrangements for the kids etc etc. She assured me she would do so blah blah. Anyway, hopefully she'll never go away again. That's all I can say. She's a pretty good mother when she's around as far as looking after her kids goes. Very boring end to the drama. I'm sorry there's not something more exciting to put here, but I guess in my view, it's about the kids and at this point, they're none the worse for wear so I guess it's a bit of an all's well that ends well. |
Make something up Ali, like how youse wrestled in the front yard.
Serious anti-climax, but good ending I guess |
lol...I thought about making something up, but well, then I'd get caught out eventually, and that'd be no good. I like being credible. ;)
I suppose it's a good ending. It's a cultural thing in a way I guess, and who am I to interfere with that? |
like how youse MUD wrestled in the front yard.
Ther yago Duckie , I FIXED it for ya ;) ;) |

You can probably just drop them over and I'll take care of them for you. |
