I make my own meatballs with bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, A1 steak sauce and grated parmesan cheese. Bake them in the oven (less fat). I boil up a bag of egg noodles and mix with the meatballs. Cover with either cream of mushroom soup or savory brown gravy (depending on my mood).

Hey, put that one in the "This is the latest recipe thread" -- it needs some activity! A shepherds' pie that isn't bland would be nice!

How about not mincing it ? Like that you would have a steak .

Happy Monkey 06-07-2006 04:47 PM

Don't be so sure.

Buddug 06-07-2006 05:20 PM

So what are these nice people eating then , Happy Monkey ? Dyed gristle churned up into a paste ? The occasional testicular accident , the meat-packer's mother-in-law , poisonous chunks of Creutzfeldt-Jakob , bums and wings in general ?

What would all that minced meat look like if re-constituted ?

Buddug 06-07-2006 05:21 PM

And , why are they worrying about recipes instead of worrying about the crap they may be eating ?

Happy Monkey 06-07-2006 05:37 PM

It looks like hamburger when it is reconstituted.

As for what it was before it was hamburger? Whatever bits of cow they couldn't sell as steaks.

A poor state of affairs indeed .
