Ummmmm, anyone got any good exercises that will beef up my chest? If there's one thing I've never had, it's pectorals. My limbs are pretty toned, I have been neglecting my abs sadly (which I have to work out until it hurts to get up in the morning) but whatever workouts I do I can never improve my chest much. All you barrel chests dudes out there, how ya do it?
