BrilliantDisguise - Come back and play with us again in the Word Association thread (a.k.a. the Haute Cellar) where the worst thing that happens is someone points out a funny typo in a hasty reply. I like being where no one is saying that I'm just a silly girl for the responses in my posts. SEE YOU THERE! :cheerldr:

It's not all or nothing for me.

This made me laugh. What I want to know is why a buxom or even more than buxom woman can't still be pretty or more than even? ;)

LIFE is a Soap Opera.

Or a Friends episode. I keep thinking of one in particular where Ross was all confused because he was with Julie but was in love with Rachel. So he and the guys made a list of pros and cons. Which Rachel found.

Quote:

RACH: [near tears] No, you don't, Ross. Imagine the worst things you think about yourself. Now, how would you feel if the one person that you trusted the most in the world not only thinks them too, but actually uses them as reasons not to be with you.

ROSS: No, but, but I wanna be with you in spite of all those things.

RACH: Oh, well, that's, that's mighty big of you, Ross. [to the others] I said don't go!

ROSS: You know what? You know what? If, things were the other way around, there's nothing you could put on a list that would ever make me not want to be with you.

RACH: Well, then, I guess that's the difference between us. See, I'd never make a list.
This list thing...well, it was hurtful. So, jim made a mistake. I still consider him a friend.

And I think monster is a friend to jim. Friends will tell you what they think, not just blow smoke up your ass.

Well, I just wanted to say those last few things. It's been on my mind.

Now I think I'll go PM MoreThanBuxom. This seems like a Dwellar I need to get to know!

I don't know. I'm sad. But we're all stronger than this latest tear in the fabric, aren't we?

I'm always pleased when I see that foot has made a new post. They are always good. He posts about interesting things, whether it's shooting woodchucks from his dining room, or just making a joke about something in a thread. His interests closely mirror my own, so I'm always glad to hear about his latest compulsion, whether it's home improvement, bike tuning, photography, boat building, varmint hunting, or just a reminder of the difference between jealousy and envy. The guy is sharp and funny.

foot is the Ladies Man of the Cellar. All the women want him, all the men want to be him.

(Which is to say, foot is really funny and cool and if he doesn't know what people think he's just not paying attention.) :)

And he spearheaded the Cheeseburgers for Skinny Girls movement.

I will always respect him for taking that unpopular (but vital) stance.

DanaC 10-20-2011 07:58 AM

He's three of my favourite feet in the whole Cellar.

Aliantha 10-20-2011 07:59 AM

I don't know about the whole cheeseburger thing, but I have to tell you lot about an idea my husband had.

The biggest gainer. Put a bunch of weight challenged people in a house and see who can gain the most weight. Maybe the cheeseburger thing could help.

infinite monkey 10-20-2011 08:03 AM

I would be SO pissed off watching that show:

(crunch crunch celery crunch crunch carrot stick...fucking bitches, fuck you fuck you...crunch crunch crunch celery...is it too late to order a pizza? fuck fuck fuck.)

Yeah me too, while in my mind, being the liberal that I am, feeling sorry for them because you know, some people just can't...gain...weight.

Here you go. Have some of mine. :)

True. I do understand it's a struggle for some people.

But not for ME! :p:
