bin Laden was in that compound only long after all GITMO prisoners were in GITMO.
Cite. We'll need records of a those who are currently in GITMO, were in GITMO, any and all visitor logs.
Additionally we will need to see the records of any and all new secret detainees and visitors.
Also the lease bin Laden signed and/or papers as to the purchase of said compound,
whatever U-Haul/Ryder truck rental agreement.
Furthermore, all correspondence between bin Laden and his subordinates.
Lastly, we require a lock of bin Laden's hair.

Actually, I just want the lock of his hair. Thats gotta be worth something, DNA and all.

O.K, so the story on the street is that we got some info with some enhanced interrogation techniques that led to the capture of Bin Laden. This is being Heralded by the right wingers and supporters of torture as a success story. What I want to know is how much info has been given using torture techniques that is inaccurate and just plain wrong so that the torture would stop for the moment. I say they got lucky with this, and that if it were not for other collaborative and far more involved intel practices we would never have found the man. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. We just happened to be looking at the clock at the right time.

Thanks Joe. You would know far more than the rest of us.

Prisoners in GITMO telepathically transmitted that myth so that we would stop looking for bin Laden. Much easier to do when god is working for them. Unfortunately, you were not on their telepathic e-mail list.

classicman appears to be well connected.

Finally, we agree on something.

I feel I should get something straight before we go on. My job has nothing to do with the events in Pakistan surrounding the death of Bin Laden. Anything I post on here is my opinion, nothing else. I just don't want to misrepresent myself, or by not saying anything at all let a misrepresentation take place.

classicman 12-15-2011 09:45 PM

Fair enough. Thanks for the clarification.

I appreciate your declaration, Joe.

Oy, tag-bandit, I'm watching you.

Still dead. Merry Christmas!

infinite monkey 12-22-2011 10:16 AM

Generalissimo Francisco Franco is still dead!

ZenGum 12-22-2011 05:36 PM

That Hitler jerk hasn't moved in YEARS.

Let's shoot him again, just to make sure.

infinite monkey 12-22-2011 06:01 PM

What do you do when you see Hitler stumbling around in your back yard?

Shoot him again.

That's called a penny arcade. And it's always rigged. No matter how many times you shoot him, he keeps popping up again.
