Oh christ, I know all the words, too. Help me.

bluecuracao 03-17-2007 01:49 AM

Just finished listening to "The Immaculate Collection." Sigh. Not my choice, so I've decided to take matters into my own hands, and put in a mix from a friend.

Starting off with Calexico, "Black Heart"--a little too dark and depressing, but Beck and Chris Isaak are up next, so all is not lost, I hope...

Die Eier Von Satan - Tool

If anyone knows German can they translate this?

I am guessing it is "The will of Satan" or "The words of Satan" of something like that.

elSicomoro 04-01-2007 10:42 PM

According to Google, it translates as "The eggs of Satan"...seriously.

Love that song. I first heard it in Shrek. It was written by Leonard Cohen.

Ibby 04-28-2007 10:27 AM

Leonard Cohen is rad -- but I think I'm in love with Rufus.

Absolute genius. I've been listening to his album 'Want Two' lately, and it's excellent. The only one I don't own is it's predecessor, 'Want One'. He has a new album out soon too. Here's an article I read about him earlier, it's a couple of years old but it's interesting.

The soundtracks to "Planet Terror" and "Death Proof." "Death Proof" is great to listen to while driving around, as I do regularly. Tarantino just has a great ear for creating soundtracks. "Planet Terror" is great too. I liked this half of the "Grindhouse" movie better, but I like the "Death Proof" soundtrack better.
