Though, I'm fairly convinced that would be physically impossible. A shark's bite is bigger than the width of the shark in some cases. A great white basically pushes its jaws fully out of its head when it bites. A giant squid's beak is quite small compared to the size of the squid. A squid with a beak big enough to take those kinds of chunks out would have to be tens of not hundreds of times the size of anything we've ever seen.. wouldn't it?
edit: i'm totally confident there's shit down there we have no clue about. Possibly even MUCH bigger than anything we've met. But I'm not sure a squid COULD grow to that size and still support its own mass.

I don't know, man, I've heard giant squids can have tentacles fifty-sixty feet. And isn't there a colossal squid, even bigger than a giant squid? I think there are pictures of whales with beak marks and tentacle marks on them.

Kraken.

The Colossal Squid is actually shorter than the Giant Squid, but with a larger head. They're nearly the same size. That shark was 10 ft long. Wikipedia says that scientists agree that giant squids can get up to 45 feet or so, with a 7 or 8 foot mantle. The beak is less than half the width of the mantle, which you can see in photos, narrows greatly at the mouth area - so the maximum beak size couldnt be more than a foot around. That bite on the shark is at least two, if not three, feet across, i'd say, given that they say that shark is 10 feet long.

I don't trust anything that bleeds monthly and doesn't die.

Could the women be faking?

Would you trust yourself?

Worry about those that don't bleed, Gun.
I have an implant.
I fly under your radar.

Which begs the question: which of us should be concerned about enemy penetration?

Kodak may be going under, but apparently they could have started their own nuclear war if they wanted, just six years ago. Down in a basement in Rochester, NY, they had a nuclear reactor loaded with 3.5 pounds of enriched uranium—the same kind they use in atomic warheads.
But why did Kodak have a hidden nuclear reactor loaded with weapons-grade uranium? And how did they get permission to own it, let alone install it in a basement in the middle of a densely populated city?

Nobody really knows.

Right. It is used to recognize that another person scored a point. Comes from fencing.

I'm gonna live FOREVER!

This is more like WooHOOOOO news but I'll put it here.

Coffee drinking leads to longer life:

Tomorrow coffee will rot your face off, but this is good news for today!

I'm waiting for the study that says beer makes you lose weight and cigarettes make you gorgeous. :jig:

I've been drinking more coffee lately, but I've been putting two sugars in it. I think the extra sugar negates the good aspects. Need to train myself to drink it unsweetened.
